I've been seeing Les for probably 14 years, and I can say he's
extremely professional and finds every little problem – and
fixes it. His deep tissue massage is something I look forward to
after cycling hundreds of miles. Les is also very gentle when he has
to be. He realigns my back and smooths out spasms. There's never any
hesitation as to what technique is required to fix the problem. Les
is also fantastic at explaining what he's about to do to ease my
pains. He knows the muscular, ligament, and skeletal systems inside
and out. I walk out of the salon no longer feeling like a twisted
pretzel! If you've never tried his excellent hands, give yourself a

The Michael K Galvin Salon & Day Spa was recommended to me by a
friend. I'm so glad I went there! I had an eyebrow wax and a facial.
It was heaven! Nicole (the person I had the appointment with) was
wonderful. She did a great job on the eyebrow shaping and truly made
the facial 100% relaxing. I felt great when I walked out of there!

My massage with Les was wonderful. He listened to me intently and was
able to relieve my back pain substantially. As a matter of fact my
overall experience with the salon was great. They were all

My visits to Michael Galvin's Salon in Cranston are those I
particularly remember. I'm one of those women that like to visit
beauty salon's and this one has easily become my favorite. When
entering Michael K. Galvin's the warming atmosphere instantly
comforts you. There is an ornately decorated waiting area that is
comfortable yet professional. After checking in you can get a
manicure. Then you can get a wonderful facial and upstairs they have
the best hair stylists that Rhode Island can offer. I recommend
Michael K. Galvin's Salon to anyone. Tell them Ashley Starks

I had an awful dye job from a professional and was referred to the
salon for a corrective color. I saw Jackie and she was amazing! She
was able to fix my color and give me exactly what I originally
wanted. My hair came out so good, I couldn't have been more
satisfied! The salon itself was so nice and so was Jackie she made
the experience that much better. I would refer anyone to her,

I had my very first facial today. I'm a 51-year-old who never
considered having a facial until I received a gift certificate for
one at Michael Galvin. Well, I must say that when my hour of
pampering was over, I looked years younger. The whole experience was
relaxing and Nicole's hands were magical. I'm a silversmith whose
work involves heat and polishing compounds. I was never one for
moisturing, but to simply get the dirt off my face. I now know that
with the right cleansers and non-oily moisturizers that my face will

Hi, My name is Brenda Robinson and I've been going to the Michael
Galvin salon for some years now. It has a nice atmosphere, is clean,
with very skilled stylists. The massage therapist Les, manicurist
Chelsea and aesthetician Nicole are all very good at what they do.
The salon is easy to find as well. I told my friends about it and
they all agree it's the place to go for a haircut, massage, facial
and or manicures/pedicures. They also have package deals that can

I have been going to the Michael K Galvin Salon for almost a year. I
found a very skillful and professional hair stylist named Jackie. She
always takes her time with me and I always feel very pleased with the
results...I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great

Hi there, my name is Paula and I enjoy going to the Michael K. Galvin
Salon. It's a pretty place. They make you feel comfortable and yet
they are professional as well. Some might consider it pricey but you
get your money's worth. The massages with Les are great and priced
reasonably and in a quiet atmosphere on the 3rd floor. Nicole is also
great with facials and waxing and threading. Chelsea is a very
skillful manicurist who really knows her stuff. The hair stylists are
all very skilled and creative and make me look great. As a matter of
fact, my overall experience with Michael's salon has always been
enjoyable. I would recommend it to anyone who's interested in being
treated courteously, in a warm atmosphere, where your hard earned
